Short but Meaningful

Don't have time to read a lengthy novel? Want a quick escape? Then "Amish Front Porch Stories" by Wanda E. Brunstetter, Jean Brunstetter, and Richelle Brunstetter is the book to read. Each of the 18 stories are quick reads with a moral at the end. So not only do you get a nice story set among the Amish community but also a Bible verse to ponder after reading the story that can be applied to life. There are stories on forgiveness, gossip, anger, and meekness. Personally, I think the conception of this book was a great idea for those with busy lives who still want to read a meaningful story. I received a complimentary copy of this book from Barbour Publishing and was under no obligation to post a review.
