Being overwhelmed appears to be a normal, daily thing for me as a wife, a mother, and a career woman. When someone asks, “Are you feeling overwhelmed?” The answer is a resounding “Yes!” Isn’t that just life? Well, Hayley DiMarco in “A Woman Overwhelmed” takes you from being overwhelmed with life to being overwhelmed by God’s love. Hayley bares her soul as she writes this book. It feels as though she is sitting next me, conversing these stories and thoughts. Each short chapter contains a personal story from Hayley’s life and a “thoughts to ponder” section. In the final pages, Hayley writes “If you are tired of being overwhelmed by life, then choose to make the mission of God your number one focus (p.189).” As simple as that. Take my focus off the world and focus on God!
I highly encourage every woman out there to read this book even with a busy schedule, five minutes a day will make all the difference. I received a complimentary copy of this book from Litfuse Publicity and was under no obligation to post a review.
