If you are looking for a suspenseful story full of action and drama, then look no further than Andrew Huff's "A Cross to Kill." The book starts out with a hostage journalist being rescued from the clutches of terrorists by a CIA operative named John. That is the only name he gives to Christine upon her rescue. But Christine can not stop thinking of the man who risked his life to save her, if only to properly thank him. Her investigation leads her to small-town church and its pastor - John Cross. What happens next is nothing short of an adrenaline rush as John's past becomes his present nightmare. How does a man changed by Jesus Christ deal with his past life as a CIA assassin is one of the issues addressed. As a first novel for the author, Huff does a great job! This is a book you will want to read.
